Light Gun Signal Used by ATCT to communicate with the driver/aircraft who cannot be contacted by radio. FOD Foreign object debris: Garbage on non-movement/airfield area and must pick up. Dont throw on ramp. Depressed Roadway Road elevation lower than gate area. Only tugs, Tractors, and Emergency equipment may use this road. Fishtailing Excessive side to side movement of towed equipment. Ground Vehicle Lights Must be on from sunset to sunrise or areas that are poorly lighted (low visibility). Cannot park the aircraft in the gate area with the lights turned on adn facing the aircraft. Ground Vehicle Brakes All drivers must test the brakes when approaching an aircraft to avoid brake failure/collision. Slow Moving Vehicle/Towed Carts And Equipment Must be clearly marked on both sides and rear of vehicle with fluorescent tape with company name slow moving vehicle sign in fluorescent safety paint. Structural Clearence Advisory Means to use extreme cautions when operating in terminal , area pay attention to height/width clearence. Disabled Vehicles Do not leave in the middle of movement areas. Vehicles Transporting Fuel Cannot drive through concourse underpass or under terminal buildings. Double Solid Lines On Service Roads No passing zones No Driving On Runways/Taxiways Except: 1) Where service roads cross taxiways/runways 2) Escorted by authorized city vehicles/organization approved by the airport operations and have two-radio contact with the ATCT 3) Driving an emergency vehicle
