Within school districts, the four broad areas that apply are: general nondiscrimination, equally effective
communication, program accessibility, and equal employment opportunity.
Copyright Act - 1976 - ✔✔protects the rights of creators of literary and artistic works.
Fair Use Doctrine - codified within Copyright Act of 1976 - ✔✔allows limited reproduction and use
