Secure keeps your data safe while keeping your place on that workstation, including keeping open all
workspaces you have open.
4. What is an Epic Button?
An Epic Button provides access to a number of menus, including frequently used activities, help index,
and looks different for each user. The button is controlled by which applications are installed and the
specific security configuration set up for each user.
5. What is a Hyperspace Toolbar?
The Hyperspace Toolbar contains buttons that let you quickly access frequently used activities.
6. What is a Workspace?
, A Workspace is where users do their work, represented by tabs that appear below the toolbar. Users
can switch between workspaces using tabs.

An Activity is a workspace section devoted to a particular task, such as placing orders, documenting
patient assessment, recording allergies, and compiling patient information.

A Navigator tool organizes documentation and review tasks according to a particular workflow. It has a
table of contents but can also display multiple sections at once.

A Field has two parts: a prompt (like "Add a new agent") and a white space to enter an answer. Many
fields allow only a particular kind of response, such as date or selection from a pre-made list.

A Check Box allows users to select or deselect an option from a predefined list.

A Tooltip provides brief explanations of an icon or button's purpose, appearing on a yellow-colored bar
that disappears when you move your cursor away.
