brand and leading automotive
manufacturer of the world with both
decentralised and centralised functions.
Skills shortage is a critical issue for the
automotive industry and GM is suffering
to access technical experts.
A pivotal role will be played by HRM to
address the skill shortage challenge
through generating a strategy of talent
management (Armstrong, 2020).
The study is seeking to propose a
roadmap to strengthen strategy of talent
management of GM to promote
sustainable growth.
