, Voorwoord
Voor u ligt een verslag waarin ik een casus vanuit mijn werkveld binnen de psychiatrie ga uitlichten.
Mijn naam is Anoniem en ik werk binnen de afdeling ambulante ouderen bij Anoniem. Door het
maken van deze casestudy wil ik mezelf uitdagen om objectief naar mijn cliënt te kijken en wellicht
(nog) meer kennis op te doen over de psychiatrie. Ik heb deze module leerwegonafhankelijk gevolgd
omdat dit beter uit kwam met mijn leerroute en ik al een aantal jaren werkzaam ben binnen de
psychiatrie. Voor deze module heb ik mezelf moeten uitdagen qua gedisciplineerd thuis werken,
studeren en overleggen met mijn praktijkbegeleiders.
