These are condensed notes that I have used for revision for the unit 1 dispute solving in civil law exam for the file note (part a of the exam). It includes all of the topics and cases that are relevant and taught in the curriculum.
This is a summary of part b of the unit 1 dispute solving in civil law exam. It includes a step by step structure of a solicitor's letter, and the content within it. I have used these notes to revise, and have only received distinctions in the practice exams so far.
