And I'd also love to share my personal reasons for applying. Clinical: -Interested in critical care medicine: 2 terms of emergency, anaesthetics and ICU -apart, several electives, coffs harbour anaesthetics -Working in a rural hospital has provided me with numerous opportunities to learn and become a better and independent clinician -E.g. Too planned -Always planning ahead -Anticipate problems, say post weekend take, go in really early and read about the patients -while it makes me more efficient, sometimes it used to stress me out and affected my sleep quality -made me realised needs to find a good work-life balance -Patient safety -strategies: doing meditation and yoga, regular exercises -Learnt to keep a good balance CONTINUES...
