working in concert, which directs how the pharmacist will implement and monitor a therapeutic plan.



Pharm. D Licensing Requirements - ANS-✔✔1. Graduated from accredited university

2. 1500 hours of pharmacy internship

3. Pass NAPLEX & MPJE

4. Good moral character and > 21 years old
