- the day on which there is further transfer of legal custody and control
- the day on which a continuing C of R is granted
*An Interim registration is also issued when there is a change in the owner's information
while a new continuing C of R is being processed
Location of an Aircraft - Answer-TC has the right to ask the owner
- for the location of the aircraft
- whether it is serviceable or has been disposed of
owner must respond within 7 days

owner, such as change of address, within 7 days
