- In Yoga Sculpt, we use open mouth exhales to release heat from the body. This is
called your strength training breath.
CARE: It will get pretty hot in here, so take breaks whenever you need. I will offer
a few throughout class but take them as you need! When you do take breaks,
come to a seated position, keeping your head over your heart. Then, join us when
you're ready.
