Synthesis: Students will be able to design a new system.

Direct Instruction: The teacher will provide students with a clear and concise explanation of
systems.
Active Learning: Students will be actively engaged in the learning process by simulating
systems using a computer.
Differentiation: Students who are struggling will be provided with more scaffolding, such as
providing them with pre-made system diagrams. Students who are ahead will be challenged
by asking them to simulate more complex systems or to design new systems.
