a full stop between 1 after sunset and 1 hour before sunrise.

car.


PURPOSE & PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING A SPECIAL FLIGHT PERMIT (PHAK 9-12) -

operation of an aircraft that is not airworthy but is still capable of a specific safe
