Human capitol is the largest asset to any organization for it to be successful. Even tho we are

moving towards a more tech-based business model in most niches, the need for employees will

not be perishing anytime soon. Individuals can be irreplaceable in their job functions at center

capacities and organizations are very aware of this principle. Attendance as well as absenteeism

at the workplace is one of the number one topic that most leadership teams are always trying

to decrease.

The proposal that I am making consists of the idea of a Personnel Absentee Management

System or PAMs. The idea of this organization is to help businesses manage human capitol in all

facets of roles in their business to always have prior trained temps on call to come in at any

moments notice to fill in for any needs. The personnel that will be trained will be of the

essential level of function to operate the business or organization. This model will first be

tested in the niche of healthcare.

Another proposal is more so for the administrative side of any healthcare process. The idea that

we in America must deal with so many different entities when there is a major illness or

emergency that we are faced with, the aftermath of trying to understand the billing from each

entity is a nightmare. The different involved parties all have their own billing processes and

usually tertiary parties involved as well. For instance, there is the laboratory, pathology

laboratory, specialty doctors, primary care doctor, anesthesiology, and many other fees from
