This document covers the entirety of AC2.1, it addresses what requirements are needed for the CPS to prosecute a suspect. The document itself is well developed with references to suitable legislation and real life criminal cases. This is the exact document that I used for my Year 13 controlled assessment which allowed me to achieve an A*. This document in particular covers the entirety of AC1.3 and includes a detailed description of Locard's Exchange Principle as well as physical & testimonial evidence, along with real life criminal cases to strengthen my response. Also I do apologise for not publishing AC1.3 today, so to compensate I'll publish AC1.4 too at a lower price. Good luck with your controlled assessment :)
