Introduction

In the following document I will talk about the different ways a business can use social media. these

topics will range from how your able to create and image or brand to how you can promote this

brand. to how you can use search engine optimisation to increase your chances of your company

being the first profile/ website to show up when searched for into a search engine. I will also talk

about promoting products and how to use social media to communicate with your customers.

1. Create social media accounts for the brand


Social media allows the business owners to create free social media accounts using the various

number of platforms there are such as Instagram which is the most versatile for easiest to use to

create a brand image and promote products since all posts are pictures which means you can show

your brand and add a little information on the actual product. You can use other social media

application like Twitter to interact with people and increase your engagement to get people talking

about your brand and promoting it for you as it’s much easier to share a discount/ deal with family

members or even friends.
