In this assignment, we will be developing an organisation from scratch. We will start by
coming up with a name for the organisation of our choice and then proceed to define the
mission and vision of the organisation. We will discuss the organisational structure that will
be used and provide an example to illustrate it. Additionally, we will determine the
coordination mechanism that our organisation will use, providing a reason for our choice.
Moving on to Section B, we will define organisational communication and explore its various
fields according to Angelopulo and Barker (2013). Furthermore, we will highlight the
significant role of communication in the life of an organisation.
This assignment aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of organisational
development, structure, and communication, as well as the critical role of communication
in the success of an organisation.
