Introduction
As part of this assignment, I will meet the needs of the project by explaining how
project management methods can be used. This goes into great detail about how
tools like risk analysis, tracking, feasibility studies, and project management software
were used throughout the project. I will not only list the skills that were learned, but I
will also suggest ways that they could be improved, stressing how important it is to
develop certain behaviours and skills.
I will also go into detail about why certain behaviours are important for handling IT
projects, like planning, communicating clearly, and working as a team. I'll speak
about how important it is to be responsible for meeting project goals and handling
any problems that may come up. I'll give specific examples of how these skills were
used to show what each person and the team were responsible for within the project
context. Also a Gantt Chart will be included that shows the project's schedule and
major steps.
Finally, I will show that I consistently used my strong soft skills and project analysis
throughout the project. I'll show how these skills, along with behavioural and
management skills that were used well, helped the project be successful and
important.
