It breaks each theme down and gives around 3-5 scholars for each theme, in order to remember easily. It gives both the direct quote for the scholar and a general summary of their 'point' including examples of where this is found in the text. Some examples are not included, as this is a good exercise to go through in order to more easily memorise the quotes.
