the increasingly popular "deep state" topic. It is designed to answer the questions of who really
controls corporations, governments, law, and society, that's often ascribed to secret groups.
This paper firstly researches theoretical and historical perspectives of firm and corporate governance,
with analysis why Hitler, Stalin, Nazis, and Communists merely responded to rise in power of the
international corporate-capitalist class, and why they weren’t entirely incorrect. This section
concludes, and explains the foundations of the deep state.
Secondly researched is post world war two models of corporate governance in comparative context

(employers and workers of state institutions, corporations, NGO's, private/public interests, etc.)
participants in a U.S. context.
Thirdly researched is the hypothesis that key deep state network participants are guilty parties
responsible for economic crisis in history, today, as well for critical issues in corporate governance and
law, especially on the international scale.
With this accumulated research, a conclusive solution will be analyzed to best respond to the deep
state issue. It will be organized in considerations, beneficial corrections, and updates, to the Four Olds
theoretical framework from historical China, to resolve the deep state issue. It will consider
contemporary issues, and warnings from history. Ultimately considered however is an agreeable
solution with all parties involved.
