● How does innovation affect my life?Innovation affects my life in many quite different ways. For example, different
innovations have led to an improvement in my health and well-being, since items such
as medicine have been created to treat many illnesses that were once life-threatening
to everyone. This, in turn, increases my lifespan, since it is less likely for me to
become severely ill with the big amount of medicine and vaccines available in the
market right now. It also makes my living standards better for me, since many
innovations can help me make my life easier and more enjoyable to live. As an
example, I can use my computer to do school work instead of handwriting everything,
which is much more convenient for me.
● How does innovation relate to my chosen areas of study and degree?
Innovation is important in my area of study and my degree due to the fact that when
doing business, it is very important to be innovative in order to succeed in the vast
global world market. It is important in order to stick out of the crowd in order to be
successful, and not go out of business. Innovation can lead to huge success, and also a
loss when doing business, since it takes money to create an innovation, so it can be a
risky thing to do. Therefore it is important to have knowledge in innovation.
● How could innovation be part of my potential future career?
I would like to work in marketing, and in the field of marketing, it is also possible to
create innovations. You can come up with a completely new, innovative way of
marketing products or services. Therefore, becoming more creative and thinking more
about innovations, could lead me to think about new, innovative ideas on how to do
marketing and therefore start a shift in trends when I start working after graduation.
