gedijt in zoutrijke media)
gefaciliteerd transport = passief transport waarbij moleculen door celmembraan worden
getransporteerd m.b.v. transporteiwitten; er is geen E nodig; maakt gebruik van de
concentratiegradiënt; (vb’n: ionkanelen, carrier-gebaseerd transport)
actief transport = transport waarbij energie verbruikt wordt; moleculen van gebied met lage
concentratie naar een gebied met hoge concentratie; <primair actief transport (maakt gebruik van
ATP-hydrolyse dat conformatie wijzigt van pompeiwit zodat molecule tegen gradiënt in cel gepompt
kan worden; vb Na-Kapomp) & secundair actief transport (er komt E vrij tijdens transport in één
richting, die E gebruiken om molecule naar andere richting te transporteren, vaak m.b.v. symporter,
vb Na-glucosetransport)
