What is Blood Transfusion?
● IV admin of whole blood or component of blood
○ RBC, plasma, platelets, cryoprecipitate (not common, only in critical)
○ Albumin (5% or 25%), IVIG, Rh IG, Prothrombin complex concentrate

to blood-borne infectious agents
