1) Qu’est-ce que l’employeur recherche ? (vous trouvez sa dans l’annonce)
- type d’entreprise grand (multinational), petite (familiale), PME
- tâches de la personne recherchée ques que vous devrez faire, welke taken zal je
moeten uitvoeren
- expérience utile quelle experience est souhaite (pas d’experience, ou minimum 5 ans)
(als er opstaat bv min 2ans ervaring toch proberen, omdat je bv al stage hebt gedaan en
misschien heb je ook al tijdens vakantie stage gedaan, en miss door tekort aan
arbeidskrachten kan werkgever soms niemand vinden die 2jaar ervaring heeft en dus zijn ze
blij dat ze iemand hebben die minder dan 2jaar hebben) maar voor 5jaar zoeken ze une
persone experimenté
- traits de caractère importants se trouve dans l’annonce (esprit d’equipe, flexible au
niveau des heures mes aussi flexible dans les tache a eqecute si vous etes quelqu’un
polyvante en college est absent vous pouvez son travail) fait que vous oyes prêt a faire
dautre tache que vous fiates normalement
- problèmes à résoudre dans le cadre de la fonction parfois l’entrprise engage quelqu’un,
un contract de quelque termain, bv informaticus moet iets doen wat moet gebeuren ,
l’automatistation de proces fabrications, commence par l’analyse, est après écrire un
programme. BV le probleme de campagne de publicité pour lancer un nouveau produit,
meestal contrat déterminé
