notebook. On the inside of the notebook you will place your name and address of the

2. A class notebook cover is required
3. No artwork on or in your notebooks
4. Your notes shall be neatly typed and SPO's neatly hand written in black ink
5. Each unit topic will have a title page which includes at the upper right hand corner of
the page: your name, date, topic, and name of the instructor(s). Anytime there is a
change in instructor a new title page will be required
6. Your notebook shall be tabbed by number. Every unit topic will have its own tabbed
page divider. Unit topics shall be organized under the appropriate unit number as
presented
7. Notebooks shall contain the following items in the following order: 1.) Class notes
typed 2.) SPO's hand written 3.) Handouts
8. A notebook inspection sheet shall always be in front of the section of the notebook to
be inspected the day of the inspection. The notebook inspection sheet must be filled out
9. Three unsatisfactory notebook grades per inspection will result in dismissal of the
