Sublingual peanut protein powder
Reduces severity of allergic reactions in children, It is available for
children ages 4-17 years of age, will not allow peanut consumption
regularly, will reduce the risk of severe reaction. This should be used
daily not weekly.
Lead level between 3.5-19
Check for iron deficiency anemia in child
Lead level between 20-44
Consider abdominal X-ray for lead paint chips
Lead level greater than 45
Order X-ray to rule out lead paint chips
Chelation therapy
Considered for lead levels greater than 45
Serology results showing anti-HCV and HCV RNA
Indicative of acute hepatitis C infection
,Anti HCV without HCV RNA
Indicates recovery from infection or further testing needed to rule out
current hep c infection
Cortication of the aorta
Radio-femoral pulse delay
Bowel control and bladder control
Develop by 3-4 years of age
Nighttime control
Achieved one year following daytime control
Daytime bladder or bowel control
Should be achieved by 6 years of age or refer for further eval If still

more cutaneous neurofibromas
