joined by a coordinator. The coordinators are as follows: for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so.

CX - Complex Sentence - ANS-A complex sentence has an independent (complete sentence)
clause joined by one or more dependent (fragment) clauses. A complex sentence always has a
subordinator such as because, since, after, although, or when or a relative pronoun such as
that, who, or which.
Ex. When we found the keys, Mom and Dad were relieved.
F - Fragment - ANS-Not a complete sentence or thought.
Ex. At the restaurant.
SN V - Subject Noun Verb - ANS-Subject Noun Verb Sentence Pattern
