Cushing's Disease - ANS-- Pituitary Tumor
- Increased ACTH, cortisol, urine free cortisol and plasma cortisol
Hypophysectomy - ANS-- removal of the pituitary (cure of cushing's disease)

Cushing's Syndrome - ANS-- caused by drugs or adrenal issue
