THE GOLF ENTHUSIAST
As a young man, golf was one of the activities that I enjoyed and did.
Therefore, I have often visited many beautiful golf fields in Jakarta. Looking at the
beautiful green as far as the eye can see often makes me wonder, how could it all
seem too good to be true? What would happen if all places on earth were clean and
well-maintained? Then we will get a green, environmentally friendly universe,
right?
However, that is different from how far I can imagine and dream. When I
visited a city and played golf there, a reality before me silenced these wild thoughts.
Ironically, among the sprawling green grass and various forms of plants on the golf
field, I saw rubbish in several places, such as rivers, waterways, and even lakes.
Does water need to be transparent? Why did it become dull brown like that?
Starting from the golf field, I started traveling and exploring various places,
not looking for food menus at expensive restaurants or visiting cafes to hang out.
Instead, I began to unite with nature. Seeing how society's social life impacts the
health of our earth. Observing the behavior patterns of people around me, regardless
of age or economic status. Finally, I arrived at this point, finding my soul calling
me. Becoming someone who cares about the environment.
My family's background in running businesses for generations has made me
interested in the business world. The mining and shipping businesses they are
