Defensive Resistance - answerAny action by a subject that attempts to prevent an
officer from gaining control of the subject.
Active Agression - answerIncludes physical action/assaults against the officer or
another person with less than deadly force.
Deadly Force Assault - answerIs any force used against an officer and/or another
person that may result in great bodily harm or the loss of human life.
Officer Presence - answerThe identification of police officer's authority, either by the
uniformed presence or the verbal identification of being a police officer.
Verbal Direction - answer"Commands of direction or arrest"
