Surah Fatiha summary:
- Surah Fatiha was one of the only surahs from the whole Quran, Allah and the prophet
(pbuh) commented on.
- The comments were there as a way of showing appreciation towards the surat and
realizing the value of it.
- The main point of the first narration was a way of refreshing the surah’s value as well as
appreciating it. T
- The whole summary of the Quran is folded in the 7 ayats of Surah Fatiha, the whole
beauty of the Quran relies on Surah Fatiha.
- Allah proves no matter which Surah you recite, Surah Fatiha is always first. In order to
understand the concept of the ayah you need to understand the value of Surah Fatiha.
- Each part of the Quran is paired with one of the 7 ayats of the Quran, or is paired with
something else.
- If you sincerely read Surah Fatiha and ask for guidance, that dua does not get turned
away; it is a promise by Allah specifically by an angel on that day. This miracle has not
taken place in any prophet’s life, other than prophet Muhammed (pbuh).
- If Surah Fatiha does not get recited first, the prayer is not accepted; in order for your
prayer to be accepted you must recite it in your heart behind the Imam.
- Surah Fatiha is divided into 3 parts; the first part is truly for Allah; the second part is for
Allah and his slaves; the third part is only for his slaves.
- Surah fatiha is a one on one conversation between Allah and his servant.
- The first clearly states it is a Madani Surah because the Sahabah was praying in a masjid;
this part of the lecture clearly proves this scene took place in Masjid-Un-Nabawi.
