The Deep SleepChapter one : Not all the rage’
Have you ever wondered what goes on while one is in a coma?
There was a young girl named Farah Henderson who was 14 and in 9th grade, who
loved to invent things like a robotic chair that has a mind of its own , a machine that
can put two people into the same lucid dream(credits to oliver for second invention).
Farah got home from school one day and rushed into her bedroom, it had seemed as if
she had a horrible day, her mom went and called the school to see if anything had
happened. -“Hello?,this is Rebecca, Farah’s mom, she just got home from school and
seemed..Upset?”
-”Well, I don’t quite know?, possibly call her teachers : Mrs. Jefferson and Mr.
Deonal?”
-”Okay. Thank you Miss. Jones, have a good evening.”
“Beep.”
-”Honey, come out of your room please!”
-”No! Not now mom!!”
Sounds of clicking and knocking were coming from her room, finally a new invention,
one that could change the world.
A robotic glove that can turn into armor!
She had no clue what she could use it for though.
Suddenly she decided to come out of her room. So her mother wouldn’t worry about
her.
, -“Here I am.. Why did you need to see me so badly mom?”
-”Are you feeling okay Farah? You rushed to your room when you got home,
sweetheart, you can tell me if there’s anything going on at school.”
-” No I’m fine mom, I was just- uhh excited to finish my invention!”
She said nervously)
-“Who is it?”
Rebecca said in an upset tone)
-“Wha-What do you mean ahah..”
They both paused and looked at each other for a minute.
If only she was honest with her mother, this story wouldn’t be the way it is.
-”Whatever Farah let’s eat, dinner is ready.”
Farah sighed.
Once they were done eating, Rebecca went to shower and left Farah alone.
Farah decided to continue inventing in her room.
It was getting late so she got into her pajamas and went to bed.
CHAPTER TWO : What happens next?
The next day.
“Yawn”
-”Oh, great another day..”
Farah gasped as she heard the scratching of only one cat with two front legs : Dooie
-”Oh my gosh! Come in Dooie!”
A smile arose on her face as Dooie came into her bedroom.
-”Haha did you miss me
“Mow?” Dooie attempted to say something but nobody understood.
