when I was two years old. I spent most of my life growing up in Georgia with my younger sister and

parents. I have always been drawn to anything that has an engine and wheels. I am a first generation

pilot in my family. An airplane is the biggest vehicle I could get my hands on. I went to Cambridge high

school where I was able to expand my knowledge in a unique engineering program, working on engines

and welding operations. I knew my passion was operating elaborate and large vehicles. I always enjoyed

towing the largest trailers with my truck at the time and enjoyed the extra attention and focus it took to

tow. Flying planes gave me a similar feeling. I chose MTSU based on the price and quality of training. I

felt accepted the moment I was there and was surrounded by the resources to shape me into the pilot I

am today. I am a big family and friends person, I enjoy social interaction and also enjoy alone time.

Have you failed any check rides? explain - Ans:✔✔-I failed my instrument check ride for not double

checking and trusting my system too much. I was getting vectors for an ILS into west Memphis airport, I

could see that the airport was to my right and that the approach course was to my right, but my localizer

was telling my I needed to turn left. I did not double check that the nav frequency was in the active

position. This situation has been one of the most positive learning experiences in my career. I learned to

not trust the systems wholly, and to not skip anything on the procedures. When briefing an approach I

should have always and do now double check that the frequency is in the active slot. simple mistake that

cost me a failure but ultimately taught me one of the greatest lessons in my life. DPE was extremely fair

and I took responsibility for my failure and went up later that day to finish the ride.

Incompleted a stage check in instrument, can't account it to anything more than just a bad day of flying, I

did not hold my altitude within the allowences, my stage check instructor Elizabeth was extremely

understanding and allowed me to come back to complete the stage check when I was feeling better. I

learned to not push myself and realize when I am not feeling on my game and to call out of a flight if I

am not 100% there.

How do you find resources when needed - Ans:✔✔-Ask someone who might know, or if they know

where to look for the solution or answer. Don't be afraid to ask for help. If no one can provide an answer,

work harder to find it elsewhere.

continued my education at MTSU where I perused a career in aviation. I was able to get on the MTSU

flight instructing team and work with incredible pilots and leaders where some of my favorite have even

ended up here at endeavor

Tell us about your aviation career. - Ans:✔✔-I started my training at McCollum field in Kennesaw Georgia

at Aero Atlanta flight school, finished my private at Murfreesboro aviation at KMBT. then continued the

rest of my training with MTSU. Then became a flight instructor where I had the opportunity to work

hand to hand with students to increase their knowledge and even mine by being constantly adaptive and

absorbing their great questions.

why do you thing you have been successful so far? - Ans:✔✔-I have completed my training and hour

progression in a relatively quick and productive manner. I put my success to the people around me that

helped me grow like all of my great instructors and to myself for putting in the work to be successful
