Lecture 1,2, and 3 are complete notes on introduction to project management. Lecture 1 describes what a project is, followed by acknowledging the importance of goals and objectives. It also gives a brief introduction to product life cycle by explaining the four main stages of developing a product. Lecture 2 elaborates on the need for governance and centralization when an organization has so many projects. Lecture 3 is a short briefing about planning, implementation, and approach.
