Introduction
With the help of several of my classmates, I've been asked to come up with an idea for a large-
scale event that we can put on and run ourselves, and this event will take place at my school. In
order to prepare a complete feasibility plan for a commercial or social event of my choice, I will
need to conduct extensive study on various events. I'll have to conduct extensive study into a
wide range of events of various sizes in order to determine what makes them successful. Using
the information I've gathered, I'll be able to select an acceptable event that I can organize and
execute.
Online quiz (kahoot) Talent show

Event ideas

Sports day for year 7s
FIFA tournament

A variety of ideas
 Online quiz, kahoot

, This idea will consist of various students joining a online quiz and participating in a contest on
who can answer the most questions correctly. Thes questions will consist of various general
knowledge questions as well as trick questions to make the game more entertaining. Kahoot is
a well-known platform that offers a multitude of options for both fun and learning. Created by
the platform's users, it provides a tough atmosphere that encourages individuals to learn new
things. With this event I will target mostly year 12 and 13 students because they are the years
that are most likely doing to be free when the event takes place. This allows for our group to
have many participants for the event which thus raises more money for our charity. In relation
to money, the participants will be charged £2 for entry fee in which we will raise money for
charity. The charity in which we will be choosing includes cancer research. The reasons for the
success of this event will be aligned with the price of the event. As mentioned already, I will be
charging the attendees £2 for the quiz and all profits will be going to charity.
 Sports day for year 7s
This idea will consist of year 7 students taking part in a sports day where they will be put into
teams where they will be competing for a prize. These events will consist of athletic events such
as 100m sprint and long jump proving a range of sports activities for them to take part in. This
event is going to target year 7 students because they are most likely to have permission to take
part in a sports day event as they do not have any exams to be preparing for. We will be
charging for there event of £2 for the to participate and there will be an ice cream truck on site
in which the year 7s can buy during the time of the event. The charity in which we will be
choosing includes cancer research. The reasons for the success of this event will be aligned with
the price of the event as well as the appeal. As mentioned already, I will be charging the
attendees £2 for the sports day and all profits will be going to charity. In terms of appeal, many
year 7s are will be willing for a sports day event as it will be during summer and it allows them
to take a break from lessons for a day. This means that I will get many attendees for this event
which thus maximizes the amount of profits go towards the charity.
 Talent show
This idea will consist of a talent show for the whole school in which people can attend and show
their talents which will be awarded if they win the event. With this event, our group planning
the event will be the judges of the talents displayed to us. We will charge £2 for entry fee for
the event where participants will pay before the enter the show whether they are spectating or
participating. This allows us to raise more money for the charity in which we choose to donate
to. The event success will be aligned with the appeal of the event because there will be a high
reward for the winner of the event and it also allows for the attendees to have a good time.
 FIFA tournament
With this event it will consist of various activities within one activity however the main activity
will consist of a FIFA tournament in which participants will compete with each other for a cash
prize. This event will have various games such as table tennis and board games for people who
