Introduction:
I am going to create a business called “HappyLife Electronics” for this assignment. It is an
online business located in East Ham, Newham and it is selling high quality electronics
products with affordable prices. Our business is looking for activities around the greater
London area. HappyLife electronics provides services through website using phone or online
payments and delivers the products all over the United Kingdom. The customers who buy
the products from online get sent the products from Newham as the items are packed here,
we rented a storage unit so that we store the products there.

Business aims:
We are looking to sell our products like any other online business but most importantly we
need to make our social media pages established so that we can grow as a business. We also
want to attract as many as potential customers possible because a business without
customers will never prosper. We are working on new projects around the United Kingdom,
and we have plans to make it worldwide as soon as we can. Our Instagram has 20 followers,
and our long-term goal is to have 500 followers by the end of the years as we have been
promoting the business to our best capabilities. We created a new Facebook page for our
business and our short-term goal is to have 10 followers on our Facebook page by the end
of the week.

Business plans for utilising social media to accomplish the aims:
The technology is evolving a lot from last few years and because of that we have social
media. The traditional ways of promoting a business are leaflets, newspaper articles, radio,
and TV advertisement but social media is a great way of establishing a business nowadays.
HappyLife electronics will promote the business using the tradition methods but the focus
will be using social media to attract as many people as possible to sell our products and
make our business popular. We will post as much as pictures of the products we can, make
paid and unpaid advertisement through Instagram so that we can achieve our long-term
goal of having 500 followers in our Instagram page. We are also going to create new content
for our Facebook page to get our short-term goal of having 10 followers. We will promote
our Facebook page in the local radio station so that we can work with new projects. New
projects will boost the selling for us, and the business will have more reach.

Target audience:
The target audience would be anyone who is interested in using different kind of technology
products. The products are affordable for everyone who has a stable income. There is no
age limit of using these products so anyone can buy them. We focus the to attract to young
generation as they are the most active users of technology. The electronic products can cost
between £20 and £1000. We are delivering worldwide to anyone who is over 18 years.
Children cannot buy the products without the assistance of their parents.

Keywords:
It is a word or phrase that describes the content of the business on a website. When people
use the keywords to search for something on their search engine the related websites show
up. ‘Google AdWords’ is an effective way to be known online using keywords. It gives the
opportunity to get more and more visitors to your website and when someone search for
the service your website will be one of the top results on the search engine. For example, if
anyone search “HappyLife Electronics” the search engine will show our website as one of
the top results. Some suitable keywords I will be using for my business are: Electronics,
phone, laptop, technology, cheap phone, new electronics, offered electronics, Newham
electronics, UK electronics and deal of the day for electronics.




Firstly, I need to select the main goal of using Google AdWords. For example, get more
viewers to my website.
Secondly, I need to include the business name and the website link. For example, HappyLife
Electronics and https://25252161.wixsite.com/happylifeelectronics.
Thirdly, I need to put several words to make headings and provide our contact number and
show the business place so that the ad can get showed on the preferable area. After these
stages we can see that for different prices we can get different amount clicks on our
website. We can select our own budget to advertise the website.

This is the
first social media which we are going to use for promoting our business. We already created
a Facebook page, and we are aiming for 10 followers by the end of the week. We will aim to
get more followers from the next week depending on how we will do this week.
From the table we can see the best time to post is Wednesday at 11 am ad 1 - 2 pm. Friday 9
- 11 am is good time to post content as well. Weekends are not good for posting as they are
least engaging days to post on Facebook.
