repaired so the staff member over the phone is scheduling the repair of
the pc.
G: Hello pc world here, how can we help? (On the phone)
A: I need help with my hp laptop.
G: So what’s wrong with it? (In a high tone showing she’s welling to help)
A: It turns on but says software corrupt error.
G: Okay so how long have you had the laptop?
A: I’ve had it for 1 year 2months
G: Did you get a grantee with it. (high tone)
A: No sorry I got the warranty, how long does that last?
