obtained from a single droplet of blood left at a crime scene and from two
suspects currently in custody.
1. Based on the genotype profiles in Table 1, can you make an inclusion or
exclusion between either of the suspect’s profiles and the crime scene
profile? How and why do you make the inclusion or exclusion?

2. If you make an inclusion we want to quantify the likelihood that they are
from the same person. To do so we can make use of the allele frequencies
presented in Figure 1. Obtain the estimated genotype frequencies and fill
out Table 2. (Remember to use Hardy-Weinberg principle where P2 + 2pq
+ q2 = 1).
