Introduction

Sagecare is a specialist home care support and personal care assistant provider in Bedfordshire,
Hertfordshire, Lincolnshire and London. Sagecare delivers elderly and disabled care, 24/7 home care,
friendly and reliable carers and bespoke care plans. There company values are stated on their official
website “We care, we listen, we strive, we build”. Reviews from indeed mostly state the job is hard
work but very rewarding.

This report is going to investigate the training and development procedures at Sagecare and will
examine how Sagecare plans and delivers their training programmes. This information will then be
used to evaluate these processes’ contribution to the success of Sagecare and its aims and objectives
and conclude with any improvements that I think Sagecare could move forward with in future.
