Only includes chapter 1 and 2. The link at the bottom for the remaining chapters is faulty and leads me to a broken page saying no file exists/was removed.

Link s 100% fine, just copy complete link and paste it in google chrome for all files download. if it does not work, let me know, i will reupload new link.
