As the tasks increase in sophistication so does the tempo, thus increasing the urgency of the gratification.

• find the shirt in 1950s American dream are present in Sims free play
posters of the American dream presenter family lifestyle which consist of
that at work mom at home looking after the children lovely house and
white picket fence. This ideology is present in The Sims and is recognised
through their advertising ‘grow your own family’. However players are
given control and Sims are not limited to unconventional roles of women
working at home, men being the breadwinner.

implicit occurring outside the narrative = inversion of mean
