P3 - Explain on 3 sorts of events
1. Business Event - Awards Evening Event
The main reasons why an awards evening event is successful is because the
entertainment and the main purpose of the event must come first or else the
audience or the customers will not be satisfied with what has happened to the
event, and who is announced as the winner of the specific achievement.
Another reason why an awards evening event is successful is because the
event must be engaged with the audience or the viewers so that they are
satisfied with the event. And with the vast amount of people attending the
event it suggests that the event will be successful. For example, an event
happened which included awards for the best players in the world such as
Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohammed Salah, Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappe etc.
2. Sports and Recreation - Football Event
The main reason why football events such as the World Cup is very successful
is because people will want to attend the event which means the sport event
organisers will make their revenue for holding out the event and also want to
see their favourite team performing with a passion. Another reason why
football events are very successful is that the best teams and also players will
be performing towards thousands of people who have the passion and desire
to see them win the football game.
3. Entertainments - Music Event
The reason why the Music Event is also very successful is because people want
to see their favourite and famous musician performing live in front of them on
stage. During this summer in Ipswich, Ed Sheeran set up in Chantry Park where
thousands of people went to see him Live, which included Stormzy as well. And
another reason why Music events are successful is because of the way they
have set up the event and designed it which will intrigue people and grab their
attention.

P4 - Introduction
In this work, I have to write an assignment about the breakfast event that the
SNC BTEC Business Level 3 year 1 group hosted on the 5th May 2022.
What are we doing?
The idea is that we the Business Level 3-year 1 group want to open up a
breakfast event on the 3rd of May 2022 at 8am.
Why are you doing this?
The reason why we want to open a realistic event is because as a student, this
can be a very good experience to participate in a role of an event and how to
learn from it.
What charity was selected?
I believe we didn’t do any charity and instead our group has prepared a google
slide presentation about T Level for our visitors to see during the breakfast
event which will be the blue link below this paragraph. We have chosen to do a
presentation on T Level because we want our visitors to have understanding
and knowledge of what it is, the differences between it and BTEC/A Level, how
it is assessed, what you accomplish etc.

When is the event?
The event will take place at Suffolk New College, Chef White; scheduled to
happen on Tuesday 3rd May 2022 at 8:00am BST.
How did you arrive at your ideas?
Our ideas for this event came through having discussion during class as a
group. We all worked together and formed a plan alongside with our teacher
and whether it is possible, suitable, affordable, appropriate etc. End of the day,
we all thought of ideas and had to all agree to it. (I don’t understand what you
mean by appendices from the criteria sheet)
