In this assignment I am going to evaluate the efeecveness of internet markecng in meecng
eustomers’ needs for a seleeted business of my ehoiee, in this ease, Asos.
Internet Markecng enables ASOS to meet their needs and wants more efeiently. This is beeause
eustomers are able to aeeess to go on the website whenever they please. In addicon to this the
beneft is that Asos is an online store 24/7, this means that the eustomers are able to view and
purehase produets whenever they please. This is efeecve as it meets the needs and wants of the
exiscng eustomers and possibly ean atraet new potencal eustomers to the business.
Internet markecng also enables ASOS to idencfy their markets. This means that Asos do produet
researeh to fnd out what will atraet a new target market for them to inerease their proft in the
business. This also means in order to atraet their potencal eustomers and meet their wants and
needs via the online business as they have blogs on their website whieh allows eustomers to write
their reviews and suggescons as well as disadvantages, and therefore, as well as having many
advantages there are many disadvantages to internet markecng. For instanee, regularly updacng
their website making it look more appealing, this will atraet new eustomers.
