deals with that risk.
The business I have chosen for the following task is Barclays Bank- Barclays Bank is a major global
financial services prrovider engaged in prersonal banking credit cards corprorate and investment
banking and wealth and investment management with an extensive internatonal prresence in
Europre the Americas Africa and Asia.
When the business begins the prrocess of transferring much of its opreratons online it tends also to
compruterise most of its internal functon. This means that sales figures staf details financial
prerformance and much other confidental informaton is at risk. There are some annoying issues
which can afect online business at any tmes and these must consider and monitored at the outset.
Businesses face many diferent threats on
the internet but every threat comes with
its soluton. For examprle businesses like
Barclays Bank always have a threat of
data been stolen such as hardware files
software and etc. To keepr that threat of
away they need to lock all of the files with
the code or prassword so only the
emprloyees can access it. When making a
