, Description of clients

The client that has approached me is the owner of a small e-commerce business based in Manchester, and their business is
about fashion and clothing, mostly targeted towards younger male audience residing in the U.K. The owner has reached out
to me as his e-commerce business was starting to do better and he feels like hiring a social media manager/assistant would
free him of more time and perhaps would help his store gain more traction as they may be more skilled and have the know-
how of how to use trends and techniques to increase content reach.

List of requirements

The client wants the following list of requirements to be met from the social media campaign as of now: -

- For users to be attracted to the products from the pages and gain direct sales from it.

- To gain a significant following by driving traffic to the page.

- To create a reputation / name of the brand in the fashion community.

- Response time should be fast if the customer DMs or comments a question on the post.

- Watermark so that the product idea is not stolen easily.

Important dates

Within this plan, there’s obviously going to be some dates which will be crucial to the campaign, and here are some of the
most important dates which show the schedule for design of the content and then maintaining the page: -

 1st of April: Meeting with the client, and outlining requirements, expectations, etc.
 2nd of April: Creating account
 3rd of April: Creating Logo & Banner
 5th of April: Creating first three posts
 6th of April: Editing the posts.
 7th of April: Posting the posts.
 14th of April: Evaluating the first three posts with the client.
 14th of April: Creating a calendar based on the first three posts.
 18th of April: Continuing with the calendar (creating, editing and posting content).
 21st of April: Evaluate and Improvise.

Target audience

The business owner has informed me that the store is mostly focused towards younger men. Additionally, the target
demographic is not limited to a certain ethnicity or race but anyone, however more sales are expected from younger males
than other age groups as the products are made for them.
