Demonstratnn the ability to work as team member is vtery important as the team can do the work
correctly by helpinn each other. Teamwork can enable the team members to achievte their team
noals and meetnn the deadline for their task quickly than workinn independently. In team workinn
each members havte to help each other as this can lead to achievte noals and objectvtes and increase
efficiency and productvtely. In our team we had work tonether to complete the research and put
tonether all the informaton into a presentaton we had done the presentaton with each one eforts
and we had meet our noal.

There are many skills that a team member can havte to devtelop himself /herself to become more
efectvte in the team. These skills include:s

Clarifying objecties and agreeing tasks

It is necessary for team members to understand the the team is aiminn to achievte and the team
leadership havte to clarifyinn the objectvtes and noals. This will lead to help the team to be more
successful in the feature otherwise if the team did not understandinn and beinn clarifed about the
team objectvtes and noals then there will be some disanreements and frustraton. Also to avtoid this
the team leader havte to identfy the task the need to be fnished at a certain tme this to help
achievte the team objectvtes.

Valuing people

All the team members would like other people to vtalue and respectnn as this will encourane them
to make a nood contributons that will help the team to success and achievte the objectvtes.
Evteryone havte the skills and knowledne that can surprised us howevter sometme people can’t show
us these skills and knowledne unless they feel vtalued and encouraned them to make the nood
contributon to the team work. By encouraninn and listeninn to their ideas and vtiews will helps to
make other team member feel vtalued.

In teamwork most of the indivtiduals of the team may see thinns about you that you cannot see it by
yourself. This can help to detect your strennth and weakness in term of how you are workinn or the
