why not? - ANS-An internet connection is required for Setup Assistant to continue. This

What is an Apple ID used for? - ANS-An Apple ID is used for services such as the App
Store, iCloud, iMessage, and other Apple services.
Can Setup Assistant be modified by an MDM solution like Jamf Pro? - ANS-Yes, MDM
solutions like Jamf Pro can be used to modify and even skip certain screens during the
Setup Assistant to streamline the process.
What's the first step to take when trying to customize the home screen of the device by
moving an app? - ANS-Press and hold the app you want to move. This will open a
pop-up menu where you can select Edit Home Screen.
How would a user access Control Center? What can be found there? - ANS-To access
Control Center, swipe down from the top right of the screen. Here, users have quick
access to many popular settings, such as display brightness, volume, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth,
and more.
What feature could be used to try to find an app on a user's device that they just can't
seem to locate? - ANS-Search can be used to find apps on a device, search for
matching words in Notes or email, and even do some quick math.
Where can a user find information about an iOS device and its OS version? -
ANS-Information about a device (including OS version, storage capacity, and serial
number) can be found in the Settings app under General > About.
Where would a user enable Automatic Updates on an iOS device? - ANS-Software
Update settings and information can be found in the Settings App under General >
Software Updates. Here, Automatic Updates can be turned on or off.
Where would a user go to change the wallpaper on an iOS device? - ANS-Navigate to
Settings > Wallpaper.

If an iOS app is deleted, does the data remain on the device? - ANS-No, any data that

ANS-Yes, deleted apps can be redownloaded from the App Store.

ANS-Remote Management. However, even if the computer is part of a management
solution it will not go through this step if it is not connected to the internet.
