You are participating in a summer sports training camp to help
improve your skills in two different sports. You will participate
in practical sessions focused on skills, techniques and tactics in

Following each practical session complete a self-reflection

In order to achieve P3, you will need evidence your
participation in the two different sports with video evidence
as well as a presentation. You will be expected to display the
