religious as they purely do it to help people in poverty and believe in the need to stop people
from suffering. An internal customer in a charity such as a volunteer, these are people that are
not getting paid for what services they work for, a volunteer in a charity is a person that helps
engage when helping charity organisations such as Muslim aid. They can help you when
collecting money from a donator and overall help Muslim aid raises money for what causes
their fighting against. Another external stakeholder includes a supplier, a supplier is vital for
charities as it provides things needed for the needy such as food, materials for shelters, etc.
Without suppliers Muslim aid wouldn't be able to provide action on what they have said to do
which can lead them to lose credibility in their customers. In conclusion, these aspects can lead
a charity organisation such as Muslim Aid to be very successful by building trust, having the
ability to promote/ advertise what you do and how this will help the needy in a way customers
are interested and further attract loyal customers to the charity . Having suppliers, donors and
volunteers will overall impact the success rate of the charity as well.
M1: Introduction to communication
Communication
Communication is how individuals discuss information with each other, it can be within a group
or it can be individually. Communication allows the act of giving, receiving, and sharing
information, it can allow individuals to discuss ideas and strategies within a business.
It’s important for individuals to have good communication as this can lead to good socialising
skills. Having good socialising skills can allow people to better understand you and can allow
them to be more connected with your conversation, they can understand your desires and your
viewpoints/opinions. Listening skills, your body language can determine you’re communicating
(socialising) skills such as eye contact, hand gestures, and tone of your voice. Being quiet and
shy isn’t helpful as it makes you seem like you are not good at socialising with people.
