Tesla is a PLC based in the US, it's a multinational company and has gained exponential growth
over the past 6 years due to the premium, high quality and high tech electric cars they sell
which have successfully satisfied customer needs and wants and their expectations of the EV
market as a whole . There are many reasons for Tesla's success over the past 6 years such as
consumers in the current generation wanting a vehicle that can both be ‘ fun to drive' and be a
sustainable energy vehicle in turn completely eliminating the major issues with gasoline cars
such as vast amount of C02 emission which contributes to major pollution and toxic waste
leading to impacting the world's climate to change quicker and quicker as days go by, there is
an estimated 1.5 billion gasoline cars globally which overall contributes to the major issue at
hand . Thus, Tesla entered the EV market and solved one of the most significant issues in which
their electric car aids in eliminating pollution as we know electric cars produce zero CO2
emissions leading to zero pollution, renewable energy as Tesla has their own Tesla
supercharging stations in which they can recharge their batteries which contributes to repeated
energy use and helps tackle and stop e waste and the use of non-renewable sources such as
fossil fuel. Moreover Tesla was the first electric vehicle to significantly encourage other big
automobile companies such as Toyota, BMW, Mercedes, Honda, and others to shift into
manufacturing electric vehicles as their primary vehicle. It also influenced consumers to change
perception on electric cars being the future of cars and it was the right move in doing so.As a
result, many consumers believe that Tesla is the automotive manufacturer that will carry the
future/modern day vehicles. Furthermore Tesla was the most compelling brand in the EV
market meaning it was unique and different from other companies in EV industry which overall
lead to easier recognition leading to the success of Tesla Moving forward, Teals offers several
functions and features in its electric vehicles, such as self-driving and monitoring, which makes
prospective consumers interested and invested in their vehicle, resulting in the development of
a large customer base within Tesla and further attracting and bringing in loyal consumers to
their business. This has a positive influence on Tesla since these customers can raise awareness
and recognition of Tesla and its products and services through word of mouth where they will
be recommending Tesla electric cars to suspects enabling them to build brand image,
perception and seek curiously and interest in Tesla business as a whole.
