REFLECTIVE WRITING
I found this essay was very motivating and I believed that my knowledge and skills have
increased after I attended it and done this task. My knowledge in analyzing the internal and
external factors has been significantly expanded as a result of attending this essay. In fact, I
found out that opportunities and the treats are much more complicated as ever before because of
the globalization as well higher competition in the market.
In this essay I critically evaluated the relevance and the importance of each identified option
based on the objectives and the goals. To analyse the factors SWOT analysis was used. SWOT
analysis would be helped to analyse the individual strength and weakness compare to the others
(friends, peers etc.) and help to utilize the opportunities while eliminate the threats (Gretzky,
2010).
Specially I learned about how to be a creative person as well as how to think out of the box was
especially highlighted during this essay as one of the necessary attributes of modern dynamic
environment. The skills that I learned from this essay is very crucial for the my personal life as
well as the working environment such as learning outcome of strengths will help to manage the
various kind of people in day to day life.
Also I find traditional approaches for decision making tolls such as SWOT analysis alone not
sufficient to find out internal and external factors of an individual that influence his objectives
and goals.
I believe that the skills and knowledge I earned in this essay will positively influence to level of
professional as well employability. The major skills and professional knowledge gained during
